SAILING ON A TIDAL RIVER. The things to know

Sea Horse is back in the water so we all take her out for the first sail of the year. Whilst we do that we have a bit of a natter about tides! We get a lot of tide on the east coast of England, yes there are places that have more but with todays tidal range being 6m, we have plenty to keep us occupied. Of course with that much water flowing in and out of the Medway each day you dont get very far if you dont take it into account when going for a sail so here are some of the things we think about when picking a route down river. We make these films just for fun, and we hope that you have enjoyed watching them however we have been asked on a couple of occasions now if we have a Paytreon account.
