Sailing Bluefin Ep #10: Camden Haven - Sunday markets, beeswax wraps and a huge lightning storm!

In this sailing Bluefin episode we continue to sail up the NSW coast from Forster to Camden Haven. Camden Haven is a great anchorage on the NSW East Coast of Australia that welcomes all sailors! We arrived at the anchorage we docked the boat at the Laurieton Services Club wharf and were told by a fellow sailor that the country style, Sunday markets would be on the next day. On Sunday we got the chance to explore the Sunday markets with our german shepherd, Rex, by our side, who attracted lots of attention with his good looks. The markets were amazing and sold everything from beautiful, hand made, glass jewellery, to fresh fruit and veggies! One of our most exciting finds at the markets was the beeswax wraps, wax wraps or sometimes called eco food wraps. This was very exciting as we were looking for a way to reduce our plastic waste, especially cling wrap. We show you a quick, how to, for the beeswax wraps and also give you some info on the benefits of using them. Later on in the episode we visit the fish co-op, scoring ourselves some leather jacket, and then sit back and watch the incredible east coast lightning storm from the safety of the dock.
