It's our third week at sea, on passage from Costa Rica to Hawaii and the weather changes. For a couple of days it's really windy and there's not much else to do than to sit down below and drink coffee and tea. We are a Swedish couple who wanted a different kind of life. So we moved aboard our sailboat RAN, a custom built Beason 40 in aluminium, untied the lines in the middle of the Swedish winter and started to sail south along the coast of Europe. There is no set route and we will go where the wind and our minds take us.
