IN CONTRACT for a LIVEABOARD SAILBOAT, CONTRACT FALLS APART, NEW BOAT, SECOND CONTRACT!! Yes, it was an eventful time between last week's episode and this week's! Due to numerous issues with financing, some because of our self-employment and some because of the boat itself, the Hunter Helsen 470 was not to be. We explains the details of our money situation and take you for a visit to another boat - in a totally different direction - FIXER UPPER.
