My Jeanneau Sun Magic 44 suffers from a rotten core. The entire cabin sole needs to be replaced. Hard to believe that all holes which were drilled through the stringers were not water-proof. No wonder all wood is rotten. I do not appreciate the extra work but I take this unique opportunity to fix it for good. DIY at its finest. Part 1
