Rencontre avec Jingkun Xu, Singchain Team Haikou | Vendée Globe 2024

🇫🇷 Jingkun Xu est l'un des meilleurs athlètes de voile de Chine. À 12 ans, il perd sa main gauche à la suite d’un accident. En 2005, il rejoint l'équipe nationale chinoise: c'est ainsi qu'il commence à faire de la voile. Il relève de nombreux défis : tour de la Mer de Chine en solo, Mini Transat, tour du monde... Sur les compétitions chinoises, il monte sur presque tous les podiums. En 2008, il participe aux Jeux paralympiques de Pékin. Près de 10 ans plus tard, il établi un record chinois aux Championnats du monde. Jingkun a été élu plusieurs fois personnalité de l'année en Chine. Moniteur de voile, il a transmis sa passion à de nombreux chinois. 🇬🇧 Jingkun Xu is one of China's top sailing athletes. At the age of 12, he lost his left hand in an accident. In 2005, he joined the Chinese national team, marking the beginning of his sailing career. He has taken on numerous challenges: solo sailing around the South China Sea, Mini Transat, a round-the-world voyage... In Chinese competitions, he has almost always been on the podium. In 2008, he competed in the Beijing Paralympic Games. Nearly 10 years later, he set a Chinese record at the World Championships. Jingkun has been named Personality of the Year several times in China.
