While Todd is busy grinding away on hull removing thru hulls, Tammy finds and removes years of decay in the toe rail that has been allowing water into the boat. This leads to using a pick and drill to perform dental work on the boat to remove the rotten and decaying wood and old caulk from a previous repair that failed.
