Removing, Rebuilding and Repairing a Leaking Dorade - Part 1

This video shows how to do that and some of the problems you may face in doing so. Things such as screws with epoxy or varnish in the grooves not allowing a screw driver to turn in, rusted screws, broken screws, frozen and seized bronze parts as well as how to remove and clean up the surface in preparation for the rebuilding of the box and the resealing of all surfaces, including filling the holes in the deck with epoxy to ensure that the job is done correctly to avoid any future leaks or rotting core.
