Racing Continues Despite Drama - LEG 7 - The Ocean Race

💔 We are incredibly sad about the collision that happened today between 11th Hour and Guyot. This is not the way you hope for a race to start, luckily no one was hurt and we will offer our support to both teams for any repair work they need to do. Team Malizia is on its way in the final leg of The Ocean Race, having departed this Thursday afternoon from The Hague, Netherlands. In a dramatic turn of events, GUYOT environnement - Team Europe and 11th Hour Racing Team collided during the inshore course at the beginning of the leg, causing significant damage to both boats.
