Have you ever listened to your own baby's heartbeat through a doppler??? It's pretty AMAZING - and it can certainly uplift a mood at the end of a loooong dag (or even the start of the next). I'm trying to work with systems, logistics and at the same time communicate with a man that is left 6 hours behind, still on Vinyasa in New York.
