Pilotage into Chatham Maritime Marina, Kent

This video takes a look at how to make your way into Chatham Maritime Marina on the River Medway, Kent. Enter the River Medway off Garrison Pt (Sheerness) and follow the buoyed channel for 9.5 miles. The entrance to Chatham Maritime Marina is 1·5 miles above Gillingham, after a long left-hand bend. Enter the marina via a lock, available H24, but with only 1·5m over the sill at MLWS. Waiting pontoons are without/in. Call ‘Chatham Maritime Marina’ on VHF Ch 80 or by mobile for a vacant berth.
