Our Sailing School Adventure - Part 1

Join us on Our Sailing School Adventure - Part 1! We attended Offshore Sailing School in St. Petersburg, FL at the beginning of February. The course was 1 week long and culminated in certifications in Basic Keelboats, Basic Cruising, and Bareboat Cruising. In this video: Our first 2 days started in the classroom, covering terminology, points of sail, and rules of the road. After lunch, we boarded a Colgate 26 and spent the rest of the day on the water in Tampa Bay! Our instructors were amazing, and so were our classmates! On day 3, with 2 new crew-mates and a new instructor, we boarded our home for the next 5 days - a Jeanneau 479 Sun Odyssey!
