I get the full tour aboard an AC40 with long time Emirates Team New Zealand member and Kiwi coach Ray Davies who talks me through how an AC40 works and what the thinking behind the detail is. Plus, he tells me what the the team has been up to during a very busy period in which the clock continues to count down towards the first of the preliminary regattas in September this year. It's not often you get through the gates at ETNZ so to have an afternoon with the team was pretty special.
