No more rust from stainless screws in the bow

There is running out some rust of the 3 screwholes in my anchor well, so I remove the screws and find out there is absolutely no sealant of any kind. In addition to that, the screws are not tightened. I clean and polish the stainless washers and screws so the rust don't develop more and then put on some butyl sealant.
