(Mother Deborah Russeff's recipes) *Meat Loaf* Ground beef Saltine crackers chopped broccoli, cauliflower and celery onion powder garlic salt sea salt 2 eggs catsup A1 Sauce Bake 350 for about 1 hour ~~~~~~~~ *Sweet Potato Oven Fries* Sweet potatos coat in olive oil, sea salt and garlic salt, dried cilantro & parsley Bake 350 about 1/2 hour or so ~~~~~~~~~ *Salad* Spring mix Cuke Strawberries Parmesan cheese pecans dulse (sea weed leaves) with Poppy seed dressing
