🇫🇷 // « Je ne vais pas vous cacher que cette course ne me plaît pas trop… » 20e ce matin alors qu’il a (enfin !) retouché du vent frais en bordure de l’anticyclone des Açores, Conrad ne cache pas sa déception vis-à-vis d’une course qui, comme pour beaucoup, ne ressemble pas à ce qu’il s’était imaginé. Mais les explications sont finalement aussi nombreuses que les enseignements tirés de cette dernière grande répétition avant le Vendée Globe, et c’est bien là l’essentiel ! 🇳🇿🇺🇸 // "I will not hide that this race doesn’t appeal to me." 19th this morning as he (finally!) picked up some fresh wind on the edge of the Azores high, Conrad makes no secret of his disappointment about a race which, as for many, is not what he had imagined. But in the end, there are as many explanations as there are lessons to be learnt from this last major rehearsal before the Vendée Globe, and that's the most important thing!
