Female Leadership still faces many challenges and barriers: The gender pay gap, lack of representation in companies, politics, science and extreme sports. This Malizia Panel debate wants to highlight the greatest challenges of today and what is needed to overcome stereotypes and barriers in gender equality on a global level.
