Ever notice how many drivers don't bother to turn on their headlights in the rain, fog or other low visibility situations? I get that with new wipers and clean glass I can see others pretty well. But...I worry about the drivers with the 5-year old wipers and pitted windshields being able to see ME. That's why I use my headlights.
