After waiting for better weather for 2 days the wind had come down a little and the reports promised even lighter winds during the day, so we left the marina of Naxos even if there was still pretty gnarly waves... We had not decided if we would go to Mykonos for a party, or if we should turn west towards Kythnos when we left, but we soon found out that going to Mykonos would be several hours banging into the waves by motoring. On our way, winds were changing constantly... We had everything from light winds to strong gusts and scary waves.
