Life is Like Sailing - 2014 November Cruise - Part 2

Today I left my marina in Richmond and travelled down the Fraser River, across the Straight of Georgia, through Active Pass and finally to Ganges which is located on Saltspring Island. Although the forecast was for strong Easterly winds, it was more of a South East wind. I sailed close hauled from the mouth of the Fraser River to Active Pass with just the headsail as it was much too windy for my genoa and full main.
