Fresh off the plane from a successful regatta in Abu Dhabi, the Emirates Team New Zealand went straight into 2024 with a mast-less tow-test session to start the commissioning process on the team’s new starboard foil on their LEQ12. What kicks off now is an intense period for the Kiwis as they lock in the final foil designs for their race boat AC75 which they hope will defend the 37th America’s Cup in Barcelona in October 2024.
