Keeping our family fed while cruising! Freezer installation on Sailing Catamaran

Our family of 4 is planning long distance, off the grid sailing & cruising. With two growing teenagers, we knew we were going to need additional freezer space before we set off sailing. We will have a water maker and solar with a generator for power but food and diesel will be the limiting factors of how long we will be able to stay away from marinas. In this video we struggle but eventually succeed in finding a way to install an additional freezer.
