Installing Harken MKIV Unit 0 Roller Furling - Triton Osprey Refit Part 21

We install a Harken MKIV Unit 0 roller furler on a 28-foot Pearson Triton. The size of the furler model depends on your headstay diameter. We are using 7/32" wire. If you have 1/4" wire you need to go one size up to Unit 1. Parts list below: Roller furler, headstay components and halyard restrainer (riggingonly.com): 1. Harken MKIV Unit 0 Furling System w/o Toggle Assembly 7410.10. 2. Harken MKIV Unit 0 Eye/Jaw Reversible Toggle Assy, 7/16" clevis pin 7410.20 7/16. 3. Headstay - 7/32" wire with swaged 3/8" pin marine eye upper end, open at bottom, 37'0" overall length. 4. One sta-lok stud for 7/32" wire to fit 7/16" turnbuckle. 5. One open body 7/16" chromed bronze turnbuckles with lower toggles only. 6. One chromed bronze fixed toggle 7/16 pin FT14. 7. One set link tang (link extender) with 7/16" pins. 8. One harken small halyard restrainer 944. Furling line blocks (garhauer.com): 9. One Garhauer furling lead block (stanchion swivel block SB-25). 10. Three Garhauer stanchion blocks SB-3.
