Installing an Origo Alcohol Stove - Albin Ballad Refit Part 4

This boat came with a propane stove and oven but the owner wanted something less complicated, more compact and safer. So we're swapping it out for a two burner Origo non-pressurized alcohol stove. It won't have an oven but if the owner wants one he can use the Swedish Omnia stovetop oven pan for baking. The Origo stove is no longer produced but they often come up for sale on ebay. If you see a brand that looks similar called Cookmate, it's an exact copy of the Origo so no reason not to get it.
