We sail to Moorea to wait for a weather window to return to Fakarava in the Tuamotus, but a hand injury while hiking forces us to return to Tahiti. With diagnosis of a bad sprain, we return to Moorea. We had missed our weather window and decided to participate in the Tahiti- Moorea rendez-vous before heading back to Fakarava.
