How Does Privilege Build Bulkheads?

We get a lot of questions about bulkheads. How does Privilège build bulkheads? We build our own using a closed-cell foam product called Divinycell that doesn't allow moisture to migrate through it. It is sandwiched between two layers of fiberglass to create a solid product that we cut into the required shapes. The hull and deck are absolutely bonded - when the bulkheads are attached to the hull, we sand for perfect adhesion and we take the time to tape and wet the entire bulkhead right down to the bilges.
