In this video I will show you how to make two tools with which you can make quick easy wire binders and hose clamps. The wire hose clamps can be used for different sizes of hoses and handles. Both tools as well as the hose clamps are quickly made, long lasting and safe you wasting time at hardware stores in search of the right size hose clamps. You can just make it yourself whenever you need it. I designed the tools with the CAD program librecad and the CAM program Estlcam. In addition I use Estlcam to control my CNC machine. The jig to prepare the hose clamps is made of hard wood and the tightening tool is made from stainless steel 304.
