Goodbye Utah! Hello Gibraltar, Outremer 5x and Starlink! We're Back on the Boat!

There are a lot of mixed emotions with our lifestyle. We spent our final days in Utah at our actual home, or house. But it's starting to feel like the Outremer 5x is more of our home. So, we were sad to say goodbye to Southern Utah, but anxious to get back on the water. Before we left, we had a couple of big things happen! First, we had the chance to meet @MattsOffRoadRecovery and his crew. He's such an awesome guy and he was great to spend some time with me and my boys. We're all such big fans of his channel, and we're bigger fans after meeting him. Thanks Matt! The other huge thing that happened is we got our Starlink kit that we will outfit our catamaran with. That may not seem like a big deal, but we've been following a few groups online that are using Starlink on their boats, and it's been a total gamechanger for them. We love the feeling of being able to unplug and get away from the digital world, but it can be a little scary being in the middle of the ocean with no service as you can probably imagine. We'll keep you posted on how it goes. We made it back to Gibraltar and are happy to say that the boat is great and ready to go! We're going to head to the Canary Islands for a little bit before trying something that feels a little crazy: sailing across the Atlantic Ocean!
