FSM - Chuuk - Diving the I-169 Submarine

Sejlbåde
The I-169 is the only submarine in the lagoon. The forward section and conning tower were blown apart by Japanese depth charges and there is a scattered debris field. The aft section is intact. Other points of interest are the torpedo tubes and props. No penetration. 40m/130ft -- Upright. Filmed in May 2012. Look on www.dive-truklagoon.com for more info about diving Truk Lagoon.
