Forehatch, foredeck and a tour of the boat - SV Tapatya EP53

Building a cruising sailboat The final construction phases (for now) on the foredeck. The board joints are smoothed, the cleating for the doghouse is installed, the decking is epoxy sealed ready for glassing. Elsewhere, the engine room is prepped and at the end we have a grand tour of the boat as she stands at the moment. The boat utilises a hard-chined, plywood construction and this design of boat is a proven, capable, ocean-going vessel. Boat building with plywood is a relatively easy and cost-effective way to produce a strong, monocoque-style boat hull. These videos aim to show the way in which I go about it. Thank you! Tony
