Fleet Racing Day 2 - Fully powered up

When racing, keeping the boat fully powered up is vital, so upwind the crew drop-hike over the side keeping their weight out as far as possible, to coax the maximum speed out of their RC44. It is not all about grunt, however. Each crew has their own crucial, distinct role. But to be successful, team work, the crew operating together as a cohesive unit, is the absolute key. In the first race today Team Ceeref added another win to their scorecard, their third victory in six races. On 27, they are just one point behind the overall leader Peninsula Petroleum. Artemis Racing put in the best overall score of the day, while Bronenosec Sailing Team won the third and final race leaving them tied with Ceeref. Incredibly at this half way stage, just four points separate first to seventh.
