First Day Sanding Our Abandoned Catamaran (Instant Regret😬)

Look, we’re good at lots of things, but sanding our foam sandwich KSS 56?? Not so much. Our Adams35 Innerbloom was steel - we know how to handle it, we know how to fix it. Uncharted until just a month ago, Fibreglass was an entire different world to what we’ve known. This episode, we’re stripping back the layers of unknown: a black material hardened on the hull after a decade on the hard. We don’t know what it is and we don’t have a contact for the previous owner, so we’re taking it all off and starting from scratch.
