Exploring Spanish Forts and Sailing to San Blas | Sailing with Six | S2 E22
In this episode we explore Portobelo, one of the key ports in Panama in the days of Spanish gold trade. The Spanish built some incredible forts around the shore which we spend the afternoon exploring. The following day we head to Linton Bay and stretch our legs on Isla Grande, getting our first taste of the Caribbean. With a light wind forecast we push on East (not easy to do in the Caribbean ;) towards the San Blas before the trades fill in again and... we have a beautiful sail.
