Episode 47 - A Day in the Sail

Monica is back as we struggled to find time with our conflicting schedules and July’s weather forecasts to go sailing. We ended up picking a day and just going out. The day was heavily overcasted with bouts of spitting rain but we were committed. With Monica onboard to help film, we decided to capture the simple moments of the mechanics of going out for a sail. Join us as we leave the dock, fuel up, raise the sails, sail in very light winds, drop the sails, and return to the dock. While not as glamorous as sailing the tropical Tradewinds with a boat full of bikinis, it does demonstrate the steps that must be taken to eventually head to that horizontal line that calls us.
