Can you anchor in the Porto river? Yes! It's a bit tricky with the wind, tide and river current - but it's fully possible and FREE! As sailors we get to visit all these beautiful places, sometimes we pay big money for marina spots and that's still cool. But when we find a possibility to anchor and we can stay in the middle of these cities for free, it feels even more special. So come hang with us in Porto! We also set sail south, beating the wind with our genoa for the first time. It's a second hand genoa, probably more suitable for racing than cruising open waters, but it's a good first buy to try out if we would use a genoa much.
