The pandemic has upset sailing plans around the world, and as Covid-19 Delta continues its vicious course we are wondering if the GLYWO500 round-the-world rally that we have joined will be able to continue the route as planned. With new outbreaks occurring fall 2021 around the globe, many sailing destinations remain closed, and the sailing landscape is constantly changing. BioTrek is our sailing home, and in the this video we contemplate various world routes that avoid French Polynesia and examine sailing alternatives to Australia and new Zealand.
