Ep 52 - Morotai and more | SAILING MOROTAI STRAIT

In this episode we head toward Morotai to explore the surrounding Islands and catch up to Wild One again. We visit Pulau Dodola, Pulau Zum Zum and Galo-Galo. As we head north we cross a massive garbage patch and our props are fouled by all of the plastic junk. Brendan has to dive in and cut the rubbish from our props and we are disgusted by what we encounter. Our new friends on Tutkum drop us a line to tell us that the surf is pumping in Supu, Northern Halmahera, so we high tail it for a much needed distraction from our broken hearts. We end our time witnessing a spectacular lunar eclipse. Nature is always restorative, it's humanity that stinks. Anyway...Excelsior!...Onwards and Upwards!
