Ep 15 Hurricane Ian - Prep & Survival / Sailing Free Spirit

Sailing Free Spirit. We prep Free Sprit for her 1st hurricane with us. We removed as much as possible and tied her up. We were slated for a direct hit in Tampa Bay but the storm turned and made landfall south of us. We checked on her daily since the winds and rain were not bad. Had some distractions with an offshore power boat race that took us a little longer to complete the preparations. Luckily, we faired well and only lost a couple of dock lines.
