In the second stop of our "Exploring the Extraordinary" Ireland series, we head into the heart of Dublin! This trip takes us from the rolling hills of central Ireland straight to the historic "Tart with the Cart," Molly Malone. We’re diving deep into Irish heritage with a walk through the breathtaking St. Patrick’s Cathedral and a visit to Trinity College to see the legendary (and currently transitioning!) Long Room library. Of course, no trip to Dublin is complete without a taste of the "Water of Life." We’re taking you along for an authentic Irish whiskey tasting and history tour to explore the flavor profiles that made this spirit world-famous.
