Dodging Lightning Strikes // Sailing Coco Ep25

Sailing Coco We slip away from the best anchorage we have seen in the last few months, Greece welcomed us well with such a fantastic island, amazing people and amazing food. We leave our anchorage in the worst rain, in fact the only rain we have seen since being in the Med. We spend the day sailing down the west coast of Corfu stopping off for lunch along the way. As night sets in Mother Nature treats us well by stopping the rain. But as soon as the rain stopped and the sun went down, we spend the night playing dodge the lightning strikes. We had about 3 thunderstorms surrounding us all night which was fun!! Once we finished playing and the sun greeted us in the morning, we were treating to GREAT winds and amazing scenes as we sail 50 NM from Corfu down to Patras, leaving us about 2-3 days from the Corinth Canal.
