Our summer holiday project to build an electric speedboat out of a sheet of coroplast or coreflute plastic signage board. I bought a set of plans off the internet (thanks to the master Paul Elkins) and even though we couldn't find the same material that he uses (6mm sheet) we struggled through with the much thicker 8mm sheeting. In this part 1 we build it and test it on the water. Part 2 we will modify a small electric motor and fit it to finish the seedboat.
