DINGHY, lunch, and a QUICK WALK around FORT DE FRANCE, Martinique

We take the dinghy to the dock and lock it securely. We decided to take a quick walk around Fort de France away from the normal touristy parts. It is a lovely interesting place with lots of character. The cathedral was incredible and well worth a visit. We enjoyed the covered market and bought our lunch from the boulangerie/patisserie just outside. There was a long queue of locals so we figured it must be good - we were right. Ham and cheese baguettes, pain au raisins, and a macaroon. Yum. Fort de France was very quiet the day we were there. There was almost no-one on the Malecon (seafront). We enjoyed our walk around Fort de France and a picnic on the seafront. The anchorage was very sheltered and has good holding and the dinghy dock is excellent. It is not our normal kind of video, but we keep getting asked "what do you do when you get somewhere?" So, here is one of our types of day out. *Thank You to all of you who support us in your different ways* ??
