Daysailer Daycamping with Pops (Ep 19)

Making memories with my Pops. My 88 year old father is home with hospice care. So we are making the most of every moment. Did I mention that my sister and I are both Registered Nurses. Since the Sportfish and the sailboat are covered for winter, we took the camper out by the ocean in Jamestown, RI. This is a great spot with beautiful water views of Newport and the Newport bridge. During the boating season we enjoy day cruises to Newport by boat. Block Island is also a short boat ride from here. For the cooks out there, the octopus is from 10Rocks tapas restaurant in Pawtucket, RI. The make excellent Cape Verdean food and they are ranked as a top restaurant in the State of RI.
