Day 4 of 75 Hard – Discipline Is Starting to Bite (And I Love It)

Yesterday was a solid one… two workouts, clean eating, a full gallon of water, and a proper mindset shift. 🚴‍♂️ Started the day with a bike session including hill work—lungs burning, legs working, but exactly what’s needed to grow. 💪 Workout number two was a Bullworker session—isometric training, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises… and I can definitely feel it today. 🥗 Nutrition was dialled in: Porridge with raisins & banana Rye bread with 3 poached eggs & avocado Mediterranean chickpea salad with lemon Greek yoghurt with blueberries, banana & chia seeds 💧 Gallon of water ✅ 📸 Progress photo ✅ 🍺 No alcohol ✅ 📖 Currently reading Mental Fitness by Ant Middleton—some powerful lessons on resilience, discipline, and pushing past your limits. One key takeaway: 👉 Your mind gives up long before your body does. 🔥 What is 75 Hard? This isn’t just a fitness challenge—it’s a mental toughness program created by Andy Frisella.
