DAY 23 – The Routine Is LOCKED IN! 💪 IsoBow, Bullworker & What I Eat Daily | 75 Hard

Day 23 of the 75 Hard Challenge and things are starting to click into place. This is where discipline turns into habit. Today started with an indoor strength workout using the IsoBow and Bullworker X5, combining isometric holds and dynamic resistance training. It might not look like much from the outside… but the muscle engagement is intense. We had an early appointment this morning, so we made sure to get the workout done first — no excuses, no skipping. That’s the mindset. 🔥 Today’s Breakdown: ✅ 35 min IsoBow workout (isometric training) ✅ 15 min Bullworker X5 (dynamic strength) ✅ Progress photos taken ✅ Water intake on point ✅ Reading Atomic Habits (evening session today) 🚴 Afternoon bike ride planned 🥣 What I Eat Daily (Simple & Effective) Breakfast: Porridge oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, whey protein, creatine, peanut butter & honey Lunch: Wholegrain rye bread with sardines (or omelette with eggs, egg whites, spinach & mushrooms) Dinner: Air fryer chicken fillet with salad Greek yoghurt, strawberries, chia seeds & almonds This is what consistency looks like. Nothing fancy — just solid habits repeated daily.
