Clunking noise when changing gears

My truck makes a terrible clunking sound when changing gears. Here I am shifting from park to drive and back. I'm in 2wd. I don't know what it is. Any help would be appreciated. Also sometimes it clicks when I'm driving uphill. It's a 1998 Suburban, K1500, 5.7L, 4L60e, 177k miles
