CLIMATE CHANGE & SEVERE WEATHER - Snow sailing in Greece #mindblown

Everybody knows Greece for its endless summer, warms days and inviting seas. But Greece has so much to offer during the 'off' season as well. This year the weather has been extremely volatile: 18-20 degrees in January and all of a sudden, we're snowed in! In Denmark snow days like these are a nuisance, while in Greece it comes with an extreme weather warning (the infrastructure is simply not equipped for it, as it is so rare) and the Greek authorities strongly advised people to stay in the safety of their home and limit any unnecessary transportation should be limited or restricted. Since our home, didn't provide us with the necessary safety/comforts (i.e. the internet and electricity was down), we grasped the opportunity for a little adventure. So glad we did, leaving our comfort zone and escaping in to the temporary wild and snowy conditions! Now we know what snow sailing is like, and we can take a more educated decision as to whether or not we would like more of such adventures in the future :) If you have any questions, please share them in the comments section :) Thanks for Watching!
