Buying a sailing catamaran and selling a motor yacht! [Ep.2]

July 2018 In Episode 2, we took off for a 15 hour drive down the coast, stopping to drop off our little cutie, Sparticus while we participated in the survey and sea trial of our dream yacht, a 2005 Lagoon 440 with hybrid Solomon electric drives. She’s one-of-a-kind, and our fingers and toes were crossed that she was solid, because we were absolutely stretched budget wise. After we got home, the surveyor for our 1996 Sea Ray Sedan Bridge 370 arrived and Erik got to put her power to the test on an absolutely beautiful summer day on the Chesapeake Bay.
