For example, passing under certain bridges and locks with height restrictions. Boat handily skills improve massively on the non-tidal Thames due to the locks and multiple moorings per day. Make sure you have enough fuel onboard as not all marinas have fuel stations and plan well ahead. Lifejackets are recommended at all times.
