My buddy, Cape Dory Carlton, spent $9k on his awesome Cape Dory 7 years ago and, in addition to annual upkeep, has only purchased a new dodger over that time - and he sails more than anyone I know (anyone with a job, that is - which means most of us...). Sellers are getting anxious. Deals are in the offing! And if you live in Maine, one of these boats might be ideal for you.
